Minors Protection Policy

Dear Guests,

We have introduced a Minors Protection Policy in our object, which aims to ensure the safety of all persons under the age of 18 staying on the premises. We implemented the Policy in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023 as amended on May 13, 2016 on counteracting the threat of sexual crime and protecting minors.

At our Object, we care about the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially minors. Our staff implements the assumptions of the Minors Protection Policy, which includes the following principles:

Guest check-in
Minors (under 18 years of age) cannot make a reservation or check-in at the object without the presence of an adult.

Mandatory ID document
In order to check-in a minor at our object, a valid ID document is required (e.g. ID card, passport or school ID).

Mandatory authorization to take care of a minor
In the case of guardians who are not parents of a minor, a document authorizing them to take care of the minor is required.

Safety of minors inside the object
Our staff is educated and attentive to the safety of minor guests.

Safety in the event of a minor missing
If a minor guest goes missing, please inform the reception staff immediately. We work with local emergency services to ensure a quick and effective action.

Privacy and security of personal data
Personal data of minor guests are stored in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.

Our staff is at your disposal to provide support and assistance in all matters related to the stay of minors at the object.
